Welcome to Flirtzz ("Flirtzz", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flirtzz mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using Flirtzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Flirtzz.
• You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You are legally permitted to use this Service under Indian law.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must not create more than one account.
• You must not impersonate another person or use fake identities.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree that you will NOT:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post or share explicit sexual content, pornography, or escort services.
• Share hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users.
• Engage in scams, fraud, or impersonation.
• Use the app for commercial advertising or promotion.

4. Messaging, Voice & Video Calls

• Users are solely responsible for the content they share.
• Audio and video calls are real-time and not recorded by Flirtzz.
• Voice messages may be temporarily stored to enable delivery.
• You agree not to record, distribute, or misuse any communication without consent.

5. Safety & Reporting

• You can block and report users at any time.
• We may investigate reports and take appropriate action.
• Flirtzz is not responsible for offline interactions between users.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid features are optional and processed via Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase.
• Subscription prices and billing cycles are shown before purchase.
• You can cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policies.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flirtzz is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirtzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
